My Testimony

I, Archbishop Dr.Raghavan.Harry Sebastian was born at a small village called Bellampally, Adilabad district, Telangana state India. At that time, in that area the literacy rate was low, with a few number of the ‘Educational Institutions. ’And the medium of instruction was in Telugu, in the year1965 in Catholics Institution Carmelites (CMC) congregation, school name was St .Carmel School, village called Mandamari. I studied my Higher education at Church of South India (CSI) Bellampally village. My fore fathers had migrated from kolar gold mining’s Tamilnadu state to Coal mining’s of Bellampally village. And, my mother Late Mrs. RosemaryAlice studied in Nagpur district Maharashtra State, at St Joseph’s High school, medium as Hindi and my Father Late Mr.Raghavan Peter, was a freedom fighter of the Andhra Pradesh State and having staunch catholic family background, I was brought–up in a Tamil-speaking Catholic family, from Four Generations. As a family, we were very fond of music and I used to lead a Choir at church and actively participated in youth meetings and Vincent de Paul Social activities.

I was imbibed with Leadership qualities at very young age, which attracted the Church Clergy team and made me “ General Secretary”, of the State Catholic’s Association and also promoted me as ‘The National Co-Ordinator’for ‘All Indian Catholic Association’.

I was married to a Catholic girl by name Ms.Reddymasu. Nirmalamary, B.Sc.Nurse working at Institution of Psychiatric and care Hospital at Hyderabad, in the year 1988 and blessed with a son by name Sebastian. Abhishai who is now doing his Bachelor of Engineer in Automobiles.

In the Year 1998 during Lent, I was praying to God after accepting JESUS, as my Personal Savior by believing in the Word of God, living an exemplary life as True Christian. Listening to the Call of God for Baptism to complete my Faith in the Trinity Order to be baptized in the River of Jordan. According to the scriptures My God is A God who answers to the prayers of His Chosen People.

I Prayed on 25th May 1998, to be filled by ‘The Holy Spirit‘ and was filled with ‘The Holy Spirit’ the same day then, I took the Baptism. Now I am Commissioned to carry out, ‘The Lord’s Work’ by spreading the Gospel in the Name of ‘The Father Son, Holy Ghost’, not only for the Lost perishing Souls but to the Unreached, to the eternal Life.

The Holy Spirit spoke to me through the scriptural verse.

1 Corinthians 9:16-1816 For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of: for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!

17 For if I do this thing willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a dispensation of the gospel is committed unto me.

18 What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.

Then, I made a covenant with my Lord and the savior by listening to His call. By listening to the call of our Lord God I have started a church called Christ Compassion Fellowship (CCF) with five people, but by listening to my heart felt prayers God started, adding new sheep to my church. The New sheep when they started telling about our church, the pastors, the preachers along with other sheep started coming to my church. Theses sheep conveyed to local preachers and pastors about my vision and mission, the next moment the Independent pastors and preachers have come and expressed their persecutions, grievances and Tribulations faced from the that they could get some kind of solution from me .Then my heart was agonized and felt deeply for the pastors ,preachers and started praying for them to get a solution.

Then God told me in my heart to open a union called Aiic union in  the year 2006.Then I started arranging committees in different districts and states, by explaining the atrocities faced by the Independent church pastors .But our attempt through the prayers and by the God’s grace, and pastors unity made us to solve this problems up to some extent. We, established A Diocese called ‘All India Independent churches Diocese’, in the year 2010(Aiic-Diocese), by discussing and taking assistance with the group of the pastors, Bishops to bring this Aiic Diocese in the order of the Episcopal group, as it is in the level of mainline churches. With our diocese, we are giving training to the untrained by giving them ordinations and dress code so that, they could have recognition where ever they go. At the same time, our diocese is providing marriage license to solemnize the Christian marriages, according to the Indian Act 1872.The Aiic-Diocese, takes fee for the issuance of marriage certificates and other certificates. With the same fee, our diocese is not only looking after the diocese activities but also, the financial needs of the poor pastor’s families, the persecuted pastors who are attacked and Hospitalized.

Though we are contributing, helping in this way we have not reached the desired results sofar.

So my humble request, is that whoever visits our website kindly pray for our needs of the Aiic Diocese

And if God inspires, your heart to help the

‘Aiic—Diocese’ and its activities. Please do, come forward with a kind heart and contribute to our diocese so that God would pour out his blessings upon you and your families abundantly.

May God Bless you and your family

Yours in His service

Archbishop Dr Raghavan Harry Sebastian

The mission of Aiic Diocese is to sow “the Unit in Christ and fortify the pastors by strengthening them by the power God,

          2. Our mission is to carry the gospel, the sacraments, and God’s love and fellowship to the unchurched, the alienated, and the excommunicated (the church’s homeless).

3.The diocese especially focuses upon those who are seeking a “new beginning,” and those who want to become more “Christ like,” and want to learn more about living a “holy life,” and for those who are yearning to grow in “love and compassion,” and the building of “family relationships.”

4.Aiic diocese movement, is an Independent pastors Moment. Its message is based on the Bible; its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.
5. The diocese reaches to the unreached villages and cities of the India with the life-giving message of Jesus that they might become fully devoted followers to Christ.

         6. God has called this Diocese to courageously represent the kingdom of God through witness, discipleship and service to others. We take seriously the Scriptures, prayer and the call to “do justice, love mercy and walk humbly before God” (Micah 3:8). God is preparing us, through prophetic preaching and teaching, to bring the hope of the Gospel to our community and “take every thought captive to Christ.”

7.The goal of Aiic diocese is to introduce all who can be reached to our precious Lord Jesus, whose return to rapture His Church is so imminent. We desire to, and must not delay to, introduce HIM to every person with whom we come in contact, to those who will listen and hear the call of Jesus on their hearts and lives. HE wants so earnestly to receive all who will hear His voice.

8.The Aiic diocese, would like for you to know that God Loves you, and that our true mission and purpose is to “Win Souls for Christ”. “Let us hold fast the “PROFESSION” of our faith “WITHOUT WAVERING”; for he is faithful that promised. HEBREWS 10:23

9.The Aiic-diocese main aim is to yield to the wind of the Holy Spirit blowing through our mist, allowing it to change us into the image of Christ, thus making us the loving people God would have us to be. To bring God’s healing love to hurting people. To bring the joy of being a Christian to a sad world. To bring wisdom and knowledge to an unaware world. To bring good news to the poor. To bind up the broken hearted. To set free the captives. To preach peace, as Jesus did.

10.The Aiic-diocese main purpose is to increase our love for God and to help meet the needs of humankind by “Loving God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, and to love our neighbor as ourselves.”

         11. The Aiic-diocese mission is to grow in faith and share our faith in God with the world around us. In order to achieve this mission we will:–Strive to be an “open-door” church, actively reaching out and welcoming all persons. –Give our very best efforts towards our weekly corporate worship services.– of God is our focus and everybody is somebody.

13.The Aiic-diocese main purpose,  is to encourage our independent pastors to: keep moving toward a fuller and deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ and keep making disciples so that the body of believers can be equipped to live as God commanded.and Grants Chapel, “The Church that understands that people don’t care about how much you know, until they know how much you care”.

14.The Aiic-diocese purpose here  is to reach as many people with the good news of Jesus Christ as possible. We accomplish this through: Relevant and challenging messages from our pastors – An exciting atmosphere of praise and worship during our services – A commitment to prayer and fellowship – A genuine hunger for God’s word – A sincere desire to exalt Christ – A willingness to be led by the Holy Spirit – A passion to disciple all Christians – An unconditional love for all humanity.

         15. The Aiic-diocese is: To present the Good News of Jesus Christ so that people become whole-hearted followers of Jesus Christ.

18.The purpose of this Aiic-diocese shall be as revealed in the New Testament: TO WIN people to faith in and obedience to Jesus Christ, TO COMMIT them actively to the church and help them TO GROW in the grace and knowledge of Christ, that increasingly that they may know and do His will.

19.The Aiic-diocese purpose is to train the Pastors who are untrained, for Winning Souls and Helping the Needy in Our Communities

Genesis Of Aiic Diocese

As we know, that India is one of the second largest populated countries in the world, it is a nation with the Culmination of various Religions, cultures, languages and traditions. Even in Christianity, we find denominations some of them have a Historical background.

Among all these denominations, some Independent Churches are out of the dominion so called Orthodox Churches. These Independent Churches play an important role in winning the souls for His Glory, by not depending on wages and according to the Holy spirit guidance the Independent pastors and churches lead their ministry, in our nation particularly to the Unreached, rural and tribal areas.

At, the same time, these Independent pastors in our nation who faithfully, whole heartedly and with great burden, doing the Lord’s service, do not have proper recognition, upliftment and encouragement by the main line denominations.

Before Independence the Britishers gathered  the Immovable properties  and established  Biblical colleges ,Schools ,Hospitals and made them financially sufficient , for running the mainline denominations forever.

The traditions  ,conventions left over by the Britishers  to the mainline denominations are still  existing  even today  and these mainline denominations  follow  the fixed conventions left over by the Britishers  and  impose  the same , on Gentiles. It has become very Prevalent, at the same time, the Independent Church Pastors children have been denied by the main line Biblical colleges.

The world knows that in India, the pastors, preachers have been  Bruised and beaten and by  destroying the churches and Christian properties  by the Gentiles , due to lack of  administrators , political power, political leaders, and difference in denomination feelings , in the Christian communities.  For the above said reasons our Christian communities are not succeeding in spreading the word of God in India.

Even though ,our Indian Independent pastors having  faith totally on Lord God  and placing the cross  to spread the gospel by abstaining food ,shelter ,families going in to the rural ,slum areas  thinking  to get at least one  perishing  soul by placing the total burden on the Lord God hoping  that  one day God will certainly open the new doors  to spread the gospel without fear.

These pastors are financially very poor and even the believers in these Churches are daily labourers, housemaids, rickshaw pullers, vegetable sellers. They don’t have proper shelter, clothing and food and apart from this, the believers are unable to understand the scripture of  Malachi, 3:8-10. But our Indian pastors are patiently preaching without any expecting the tithe. The poor pastors are unable to provide minimum Education to their Children.

Considering, all the above facts, guided by ‘The Holy Spirit’;

I Archbishop Dr.R.Harry Sebastian, started  A  union called ‘AIIC-union’, in the year 2006, and in the year 2010  again we Established  A Diocese  called The “All India Independent churches diocese” (Aiic-Diocese) for the upliftment of all the Independent church pastors and preachers .At Present in India, we have more than Ten thousand(10,000)Pastors , who are members in our diocese and union.

For these pastors we are giving free Bible training, ordinations, felicitating with the certificates along with the Aiic diocese affiliation  and  our diocese is providing  Christian marriage license for solemnizing Christian marriages in their respective  churches  according to the Indian act 1872 .

Consistently, along with church, our outreach ministry has been growing.

Most of the pastors, Evangelist & missionaries ho are Mission Trips from different states villages,
and countries do needs accommodation hence they have to stay in Lodges and Hotels. The servants of God staying in Hotel and Lodges are not good, and these places are not advisable too.
Because, this places are generally drunkards, prostitutes and anti social elements, political peoples will be covered by these places. More ever it is expensive too. Seeing all this problems and by the
inspiration of the Holy Spirit, our Diocese is providing free accomm

odation. Over diocese is whole heartedly inviting all the Reverends, Pastors, Evangelist and Missionaries to utilize the facility.

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.
